I have been starting to work with weights now that I am in high school, and I want to learn which vitamins and minerals to take. I want to take only natural things and stay away from anything like steriods. No way am I gonna mess myself up. Anybody have any advice?
I enjoyed reading it. I need to read more on this subject..Thanks for sharing a good info..Any way I’m going to subscribe for your feed and I hope you post again soon.
The best thing for you is to add a teen vitamin (they exist!). Teens need added protein and leafy greens because your needs for minerals like calcium and magnesium is greater. You can add Brewers Yeast to your breakfast cereal or sprinkle it on popcorn and get LOTS of vitamins and minerals–your B vitamins are in it and extra amino acids (building blocks of protein) for your brain, mood, muscles, etc.. If you are doing sports, then have a nice whey or egg protein shake before your workouts. Or, on days of no sports, have a protein shake when you get home from school if you want to gain some weight and muscle. There’s lots you can do! If you are in Atlanta, come to our store, or call us!
